Hyperextension injuries can be very difficult to predict severity. Embiid recently hyperextended his other knee but didn't have to leave the game, whereas Bogdan Bogdanovic has missed significant time with an avulsion fracture after a similar injury mechanism. Stay tuned to the MRI results, let's hope for the best for the MVP front runner

he's fine this happened to me wrestling i had practice and I wasn't paying attention and the two wrestling partners fell onto my knee went in a lot more than this but I was fine to return after 4 days of resting it

Update: Joel’s MRI showed no structural damage to his left knee, just a bone bruise. ACL and meniscus are fine. No timeline to his return.
