I love these salads. Add some chicken and glazed pecans and boiled eggs. Yum! Those hydrangeas are gorgeous! Not sure I have ever seen any that pretty. I agree with Theresa this salad would be great for Easter. Happy Easter to all of you lovely people.

I do this salad with walnuts, feta cheese, and balsamic vinegar. It is SOooo good. Love it.

Wow. That hydrangea was beautiful! Those were my hubby's favorite flower, mine too. I plant one every year in his memory. 🌺 The salad looked so pretty and colorful, red onion would be a nice addition too.🍓🥬 I would still wash the spinach, though, (prewashed still leaves grit) and use my salad spinner to dry it, without crushing the leaves. I thought I saw a few days ago that Paula uploaded a video about coloring Easter eggs? Maybe I was seeing things!!! Or maybe tomorrow...🤔

I love salad. I would change the vinegar to balsamic vinegar instead, so much more flavour. Here's a helpful hint Ms Paula. If you put your sugar and salt and pepper in the vinegar it would dissolve quicker. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

My daughter in law makes Strawberry salad with Red leaf lettuce, strawberries, almonds or pecans, blueberries, onion, I think Mandarin oranges and pineapple with Raspberry vinaigrette dressing! Yum!

I make a similar salad no cukes but pecans red onion and Feta chz with grilled chicken. I don't do the poppyseeds but may try that!
