I can't find the option to create new layer with "Use previous Layers to Create a Clipping mask" at 6:13. When I click the new layer button in the Layers panel it just creates the Layer. Brand new layer. That's it. No options to define the clipping masks or anything. Once the new layer is created there are no Use Layers to create clipping mask. Only "Create Clipping mask". Using Photoshop CC 2019.
