X-38 Test Flight - HD Footage

I was sent 720p/60FPS footage of this X-38 test flight. I upscaled it using Topaz to 1080p, hoping that the encoded video would get allocated a higher bitrate by youtube.
I replaced the audio with something that doesn't cause your ears to bleed, you can still get the original at the internet archive.

I was there for this test flight. I did consulting work for Wind River Systems, the company that provided the embedded operating system and tools for the X-38.

Ciao Scott, I'm writing here trying to reach you with a shortcut... thanks for keeping us fed of science in a tasty way!
I always have a lot of questions in mind and I'd like to talk a bit about second stages or final stages:
In the DART mission, why the mass of the F9 2nd stage was non used as kinetic impactor? Too much mass to drive and accellerate to the target?
In the GTO missions, does every final stage make a deorbit burn at the apogee?
In the GEO or eliocentric missions, the final stage laids in the final orbit as a debris, does it have a radio beacon to be tracked down?
Is there a way to valorise all this precious hardware that we leave up there?
