Oh my... I also used the sprinkling bottle to get clothes ready for ironing. I can't thank you enough for this tutorial. I've read instructions for I cords forever & could never visualize it or "get it". You've made it so clear. I've done the slip 1 stitch on many projects & never thought of it a simple I cord.

Great instructional video Suzanne, thank you so much! You are correct when you say you learn so much no matter how much experience a knitter has....can’t wait for your boot camp to be live, and I am a TKGA master knitter. I am looking forward to signing up! I might use your boot camp to finesse continental knitting because I knit English style. I am in awe watching you knit, it’s so relaxing!

Suzanne, you're a gold mine of information (love the nitty-gritty details)! Thank you for your time and knowledge. I make sure to watch each and every video of yours (you always get a thumbs up from me!) even if I end up watching your videos after the fact: European time zone and early mornings with two little kids.

I was making a triangular head scarf and put on an i-cord edge. Because the edges were going up an 45 degree angles the stitches had to go even further than the normal 2 row measurement. I knitted and purled 2 regular rows between every 2 or 3 i-cord edge stitches (I swatched to find a good number). It rolled itself along with the i-cord much the same way you see a nice column along decreases even though you're not decreasing every row. worked amazingly. This would be another option to use like you used the short rows. No holes or anything odd looking.

Just so you know. if viewers put @Suzanne - Off the Cuff at the beginning of their questions it will highlight it in orange on your screen in the chat. Has to be typed exactly as your title appears with no space after the @. I generally copy and paste the channel name after the @ sign to make it quicker. Might be easier for you to see questions in the chat rather than the QUESTION at the beginning.

Hi, I've been trying to figure out how often you have to knit the short rows and I think, for this example with row gauges 7, 55 and 6, 34, you have to add the short rows every 3 rows of Stockinette. Is it right?

Hi, I was looking for the homework from last night's class. I know the 4 stitch i-cord swatch but on the 15 stitch swatch, are we supposed to slip the edges or is it just a normal swatch? Thanks
