NASA Makes Unexpected Discovery on Mars with Perseverance Rover
Although it's difficult to land on Mars, the Perseverance rover survived the ordeal admirably last year, but the equipment that let it reach the surface of Mars safely met a less fortunate conclusion. The aftermath of a nerve-wracking landing is seen in new overhead photos from NASA's Ingenuity helicopter. So what did the Mars Perseverance and Ingenuity mission discover? And What else can we expect from the Perseverance project?

I still scratch my head at the idea of a helicopter flying in a place that has very little atmosphere..
But I'm also not one of the scientists responsible for figuring that stuff out.
So I'm just glad that we're making these things happen.

Are there any plans of future missions to Mars to search for planetary cave systems? Rovers with ground penetrating radar could find/map such caves, and "tunnel rovers" could do the exploring!

I would guess that at least 95% of this video is made up of Simulated Images of Mars?
1. It would be very gracious of NASA, to alert us with a simple word "Simulated" or "Real, " so each of us can focus on those images we really enjoy!"
2. It would also be very gracious of NASA, "to not move so quickly past the real Rover images of Mars!... Why not take a few seconds to pause, and let us have a look?
Note: I found that my 77 year old quick draw reactions were tested to the max in order to have a closer look at those Real Images! Yes, please give all of us a chance to see your wonderful, untouched, real detailed images of Mars, Thank You!
3. Other than those corrections, so the Adult's in your audience can have a real look at what NASA; Unexpectedly Discovered On Mars?

Just a thought instead of bringing the samples back to earth could they not go to the ISS Ito be analysed first then sent down to earth when they have been deemed as safe.
