Those 8 hours are what’s really weird! It doesn’t take that long to get rid of drugs!

In my personal opinion I feel the families just want transparency. Because the gag order is in place they are not currently being granted access to ANY information regarding the brutal murder of their daughters. This is a way to ensure that LE & all involved in the case are truly committed to justice for Kaylee & Maddie. Basically they are protecting their babies like all parents should…Even if what they’re protecting is the memory, justice & legacy of those lovely young ladies. My heart goes out to all the parents of the Idaho 4. 🤍🙏🏻💔

Must be a total horror for the families, not only have they lost their loved ones, they have to wait intil October to get any information what so ever in terms of evidence, the scenario that took place that horrible night, not able to grieve a natural way, because of information with hold, then their wounds will be teared up again when autumn comes. It's nothing but torture for them and I feel so much for their losses.

They reserve the right to sue if the case is botched and not for the murder of their children.

Why does it always come down to money? That would be the last thing on my mind

I'd be suing the "survivor's" for lying to feds and helping to condemn an innocent man!!!

This is sounding more and more like a money grab by the victims' families. *The Prosecutor handles the criminal case.* This puts the victims' families in a negative light. We will have to wait and see.

They are NOT money hungry. I hope your sons and daughters are not brutally slaughtered. They are making sure no Gov deptartment, LE or any institutions were negligent in any way during the investigation phase up to and including the trial. Many of the kids on campus had fun and had their friends over and played music. The guys house also had a huge group of guys drinking there and cranked up the music very loud! The police caught guys drinking underage on the field, with other kids sneeking off in the background at night. And young students have died as a result of hazing!
You can see Xana, Ethan Kaylee and Madison were not hardcore drug addicts. All kids party. That is not a crime.
Bryan Kohberger has been caught for these brutal murders. He is to blame for what he allegedly did. At the moment, he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. And he knows it, having specialised in studying criminolgy.
We shall find out when this goes to trial. And if the Goncalves family see any negligence in getting justice for Kaylee, they have reserved their rights to sue. This is not about money, it is about justice. No amount of money will bring the victims back. As Mr Goncalves said, they picked on the wrong family.
May justice prevail for all the victims and their families!

Why not sue the internet! That’s how they put their life’s online for everyone to see… that I’m sure had a part in the crime as well………..

If you go back to interviews from the Conclaves Family they had to hear it from random strangers that their daughter Kaylee had passed. Outdated policies left them to anxiously wonder all day what happened, and whether or not their daughter was alive, injured, etc. after calling hospitals, the Moscow PD, etc. to find out anything.. something. What a painfully long, dreadful day made worse by lack of communication from the city’s terrible policy on informing victim(s) family especially this day and age where social media circulates (true and untrue) information. Personally I wouldn’t seek financial retribution but shut down with gag orders and left in the dark (for good reason at times) I can empathize with the family pursuing every angle.

The LEAST THAT IS OWED TO THE PARENTS OF THOSE STUDENTS IS REAL JUSTICE...HEARTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO THEM.

I am still not understanding why they have to " reserve" the rights to sue. If they didn't make this motion they wouldn't be able to sue then?

why reserve all those rights to sue but not one to sue the federal govt

I don't get suing Moscow. They caught the killer pretty fast. They had to keep stuff from the public so BK wouldn't know they were on to him. I think the peritos are getting carried Way too.

How can they have the nerve to sue the city when their daughters were out of control and throwing loud parties every night? The police were called several times to that residence because Ethan and the girls were violating city noise ordinances. You want to encourage other college students to break the law and annoy their neighbors at night instead of studying assiduously in the library (which is what I thought they were in college to do)?

It’s possible he was able to access bodycam footage in one of his classes. Perhaps he saw one of the victims during one of the many noise complaints, thus growing infatuated with her and also seeing it as being an easy crime to get away with due to the amount of foot traffic through that home.
