Here is an empty home tour of our new house in Phoenix, Arizona! This home walkthrough is to document the "before" since we are going to start renovations to transform this space into a Spanish revival style home. How very exciting! I’m looking forward to your phases. I’m sure you already know about misters. My dad and mom lived in Mesa, they had misters installed on the inside top of their lanai. It could be 105 and we’d be outside enjoying their view of the red rock mountains and the misters kept us cool enough. They had a pool close to their lanai but misters were a treat for sure when you didn’t want to swim. Highly recommend. Congratulations on your home and new beginnings.

All of the arches are my vibe. So pretty! Especially the inspo for the primary bath with the arches shower. I hope you do that! I can’t wait to watch it all come together ❤

we live in Phoenix and bought 6 years ago. We have a pool with our house facing north/south. We don't get to see the beautiful sunset colors which is a bummer but our pool/backyard gets sun all day which means our pool get nice and warm. Our home was built in 2003 and our master bath was very similar you yours - same shower and tub. We took it all out and have a nice walk in shower. You will love it! We also had the upper and lower cabinets in the hall (weird!) we demo'd that and built ceiling to floor cabinets with roll out shelves and a section for the vacuum/brooms. You might want to think about doing the same for storage. Welcome back and can't wait to watch your future vlogs!
