I am confused about the police certificate. The website said I don’t need to provide it if before 18 or for time spent in Canada. I came to Canada on Aug 2018 which I was 19 yrs old so when I was 18 (2017) I’m still in Vietnam.

Do I have to make Police Certificates? I will be so appreciate if you can reply !

When i pay my fee transaction not approved came but i send my application with that and i ask bank they told that limited amount only they will do. I had enough dollar in my account. Then i ask my friend then i send the dollar. Received message came before that i send my application. Fee i send 2nd one is not attached with my application.. I send again. Whether they accept my application or reject. I call ircc they don't know how to solve. They wait for the reply.

online it says that Upload a document in the police certificate field in the document checklist that says: “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate”.

What does that mean and how can I do that because i need request letter from IRCC for police clearance because I am from INDIA.
