pastel de choclo 🇨🇱 kind of similar to a cottage pie but has a sweet corn cake top layer instead
BEEF:
3 lbs of cubed steak
½ tbsp of sazon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 white onion diced
3 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp water
2 tsp cornstarch
CORN CAKE:
6 corn husks
2 tbsp butter
¼ - ½ cup milk
Fresh basil
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
ASSEMBLY:
4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
Black olives
Rotisserie or boiled chicken
A thin layer of sugar on top
*bake at 395 for 25 minutes*
