I admire people who in the face of serious suffering still show kindness. Since i was young i suffered from mental illnesses, and even now am still coping with trauma. i try my best to make others feel as good as possible and to remember the details, because i feel as though if somebody did that to me when i was struggling, i would never have forgotten it. I still have bad days, and I still sometimes get short with people, but I look up to people in my life who stayed resilient through kindness, and it never fails to move me
