Don't know if you are over supplementing, but it might be worthwhile to know for sure. It isn't the fillers and synthetics that could harm you. Too many vitamins/minerals is hard on the kidneys and could do damage.

I can’t tell you what a positive effect your lovely videos and YOU have had on my life. I’ve learnt to live with grace and positivity so much more from your videos. My in laws have moved into our little cottage on the property and it has been…… trying, to say the least. They have totally demolished everything in the house without any consent and keep making changes without a thought in the world for us and our needing for it to function once they’re gone. I’m leaning into grace more than anger, which would have previously been my default.
