Another concept of "becoming a senior" is not being afraid your style of code will change.

Being a senior is all about change and learning - the code I wrote 2 years ago isn't the same code I write today.
Furthermore it's not just about change, it's why you have changed your style of code.
Understating this "why" will make you more capable of handling different requirements and code bases depending on what language you write, so you may have started with Python but now you need to understand how some Rust tool works.

Being a senior developer or a team lead is pretty hard. All those junior developers are like cute little kittens that are really trying to be brilliant. Some are scared and kinda hide a little bit, but have high potential, others roar like lions, but never write tests... It's really like herding cats.

I've seen some videos of people saying that usong Python is not real programming because of its simplicity, packages, etc. These people are missing the point, how much you know about technical things is irrelevant if you can't get the job done. (Ofc you have to know what you are doing)
