Agility has been one of the many words that seem to be everywhere. But what does agility really mean? Being forced to make changes rapidly isn’t agility. Agility is being a step ahead with practical solutions, so as an organisation it can adapt to changes in the environment in which it operates. In this Boardroom we discussed:
