This is a great teaching point, Mark. It is one that I think most legacy organizations miss when they are try to “implement” agile principles.

Keep making more videos like this explaining agile. Also, it would be absolutely great if you make a video for each value and principle of agile. I like the analogies though! ☺️

We need to take into account that workers who are not naif will distrust any change a company proposes. They are right because they know from experience that in a lot of cases the change will only be apparent, not substantial. Moreover, if we try to promote face-to-face interactions in an environment that is toxic and where competition prevails, the interactions will be hypocrite and harmful. No real improvement will happen.
