The problem isn't actually that she talks fast, rather she talks in a soulless way. There is zero emotional transition between what she says, feels like hearing a robot reading without thinking. Also, music is distracting.

@Devex The topic is Human centered design, but I feel this lady has no idea about this. Talks way too fast and user don't need this kind of dancing type presentation for this. Please ask her to talk slowly and don't dance like a lunatic. And also what's this background sound? A song ? Music ? I think there is no use of that too. First understand the topic you are discussing and follow real user experience methodologies and also use someone who can speak English in a professional way.
