It's hard to list everything that is wrong with this, but I'll give it a go:
- you don't cook to impress, it's the wrong incentive
- you don't repeat the same seasoning again and again as if you're out of ideas
- Alfredo sauce is not a thing in cuisine
- "a little healthy" is not a thing and is not healthy
- Italian cuisine generally doesn't mix sea food with cheese. You either get the sea flavor or the earth flavor
- pairing the right sauce with the right pasta will result in the right stuffing, so you don't have to do it manually
