What confuses me about Extort in particular, is that even though the symbol is in reminder text, Extort itself can only be used with W/B mana. I feel like this almost qualifies it as a color identity. Unless in the future they expand it to be triggered by other colors.

Okay, but what about lands? If my opponent casts all is dust do any lands get sacrificed?
