americans at that time didn't want to show praise for black peoples achievements so they always blocked the part where hitler praised and celebrated owens. what else can you expect though.

Side note, the Berlin Olympics were a huge play. The Nazis removed the anti Jewish propaganda, and even couple of Jew competed, for example and Hungarian Jew Csák Ibolya.
And about the black people, the Nazis didn’t prosecuted the black people like they prosecuted the Jews, but the Nazis still considered them inferior, and they still were subject of the Nuremberg law.
