I had mine (kundalini) about 2 years back, it is mostly fizzled out by now. But I had intense energy running up my spine in every 2-10 seconds when I was sitting around. It also happened when I slept. Also a spirit tried to get me out of my body at that time (he wanted to show me some higher beings). Sometimes extreme anguish and anxiety attacks (i did not have nightsweats, but waking up to trembels). This kundalini experience was triggered by a significant person I happened to meet. He is either my twinflame or a strong connection throughout time. So my kundalini experience was very much tied to him. It activated my sexuality, I have never felt sexual attraction before, but I felt it then.

Wow… I totally did not see it in that way about Kundalini from how you experience it! I did freak out how other Christians respond from YouTube actually made a comment from the practice saying it’s a sin to do yoga, same goes to Kundalini yoga, and how it’s a demon and/or the evil that enter inside you … since it was said snake and/or dragon symbolize the devil. Thank you for sharing so I can see it from a different angle =)

Just last month I was sleeping when I had shocking energy travel up my spine multiple times. All I know was in my dream I was scared and didn’t know what was happening. I honestly thought I was in the middle of some type of physic attack. I was jilted awake. There was a residual feeling all up my spine that confirmed to me that this was real. It really happened. Kundalini was one of the things that popped into my head as a possible explanation, but I don’t know much about it so it felt like a stretch. But just a few days ago it happened again. This time it only happened once before I woke up. It wasn’t as intense and I didn’t feel as scared but yet it felt just as real. I started looking into kundalini more and came across your video. Don’t really know what to say other than thank you for sharing. If this is what I’m experiencing, at least I know I’m not alone.

I was getting a little concerned that all the people I came across talking about it weren't if my own skin color. Yes, I actually said that. Not that it matters but to sew someone who looks like me saying it us fine made me feel a lot better.

Even when I got dome information from watching an Indian gentleman he gave good information but seemed more in pushing his services to take it back down to the base if your spine. I go thru the night sweats myself!!! i had some sort of “sign” that i needed to shower at night to purify my aura and also drink water thru the night and do not eat heavy foods only veggies or fruit before bed

I had my kundalini awakening while being intimate with my divine counterpart. It was really weird and I didn’t even notice that it happened until it was explained in a couple readings I had. Hahaha, such a lovely story!!! Yes for those of us who awakened before the age internet it was very different. However in this age there is also much dis information too, for example Kundalini and chakras hmmm. Kundalini is related to the Dan Tien centers of which there are 3 but thanks to Kundalini Yoga this is mistaught more than taught correctly.
