I'm like 5 and a half months too late on this, but I have ALWAYS had that too tired to sleep feeling right before I have a big day, the next day. (that was unfortunate all the times I have flown overseas). Go Chewie!!

i used to have troubles getting to sleep. Nowadays[since i am getting older.. :-( ] it is easier, i just need to lay down on my bed and i'm off to dreamland. If i ever even close to having trouble of going to sleep, i just lower the ac temperature about 1/2 degrees and that usually does it for me.
