Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has set the country's GDP growth target at 6.5 to 7 percent for 2016. This is the first time China has given a range instead of a specific point for its growth target. The announcement came as this year's National People's Congress session got underway at the Great Hall of the People in the Chinese capital, Beijing. Over the next two weeks, almost three thousand deputies from across the country will raise motions and cast votes on China's new policies. CCTV's Han Peng reports.
