A person is found dead on your lawn: you can bet the police will want to come in and talk to you. Why do LE and prosecutors pretend that the police did nothing wrong when they failed to enter that house and interview the people who were there that night as potential suspects and witnesses? I'm sick and tired of all the people who keep pretending the investigation was legit in this case. It was intentionally incompetent and biased from the minute the police showed up. Those people were interviewed much later, in convivial surroundings -- as a GROUP -- and allowed to spin their own stories. Let's just start with that one fact -- forget all the wiped and destroyed phones, all the 'butt dials'; all the deleted texts and missing video footage. That's just the first in a long list of factors that makes this case a complete fiasco. If you have faith in this investigation and this prosecution, you need to have a Section 12 mental health checkup, because your brain's clearly damaged. (While Vince Politan seems capable of realizing how screwy this investigation has been, quite a few of his Court TV colleagues seem incapable of evaluating facts.)

I went in to the Mass v. KR case totally blind. I knew nothing other than she’s accused of hitting him and he died. I’d have been a great juror. That said, if I were in one of those chairs, I’d have to vote not guilty. There’s far too much reasonable doubt for me.

I’ve been a mechanic for 35 years. If the taillight was that busted out on the 5:07am video, it would be solid bright white light coming from the taillight. There is no doubt. The taillight was not completely missing the red lens. When Karen was backing in to John’s car, if a majority of the red lens was missing the light shining on John’s car would have been bright White and extremely noticeable. When she was leaving the driveway the light facing the camera would have been blinding white on the right side. It would be so noticeable it’s not funny. I’m a 1000% sure on this.

There's been too many weird coincidences gping on in this case to think Karen did this. Tailight inconsistancies, weird glass inconsistencies, missing footage, edited? Footage, butt dials, deleted phone calls, deleted messages, people caught lying on the stand, inverted video footage, disposal of phones, changing of stories... Jesus. So many things.

Yes the tail light is still there in whole after the accident. How was it found in pieces at the site of the accident? Karen was right.
She was framed.

Theres no such thing as coincidences in murder trials! Those witnesses should be a afterthought not the main characters..when something smells fishy over and over you have to start asking other questions because the witnesses should lead them to Karen but their doing nothing but giving reasonable doubt to who should be in that defense chair.
