I have an almost three-year-old Toshi. The 42 inch that does this. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I've tried everything in the video. Resetting reinstalling, etc...and everything else on it's fine.

Mine here just keeps saying connection failed due to being time out, I have tried turning it off and and reconnecting to the wifi but still won’t work can you help ?
