The Grosvenor Group are one of the world’s largest privately-owned property companies, which develops, manages and invests in property in more than 60 cities around the world. Grosvenor’s 300 year history demonstrates their resilience as a business, based on their ability to create diverse, prosperous and sustainable places.

But, to retain that success and continue to bring the right people into the business, GBI must continue to innovate and adapt. Generation Z are due to be the most disruptive yet to the what organisations do and the way they do it.

But organisations cannot ignore them as inuencers, customers or potential employees. During this session, Rob will focus on a generation he describes as “the least understood of all the ‘Gens’”.

Rob will reference some of the conicting research surrounding the post millennial generation to establish how they learn, how they use technology and what they expect from the world of work of the future.

Rob will share how Grosvenor are starting to think about how they will engage the next generation of the workforce, their impact on our diversity and inclusion strategy and the insight they might bring to the way Grosvenor serves the needs of its customers in the future.

Rob will explore key themes around: Helping Gen Z nd the value in learning from the journey and not just achieving a title Equipping them to continually adapt and remain relevant in an ever changing world of work Helping organisations demonstrate their social worth in order to engage Gen Z.
