Boris Johnson has said it is “very, very likely” that the UK will fail to strike a trade agreement with the EU, raising the prospect of a no-deal Brexit at the end of this month.

Mr Johnson told reporters on a visit to Blyth in Northumberland that the government was “always hopeful” and that “we’ve got our teams still out there in Brussels”.

“But I've got to tell that from where I stand now, here in Blyth, it is looking very, very likely that we will have to go for a solution that I think would be wonderful for the UK … and come out on World Trade terms [with no deal].”

We were given the impression a good deal would be easy and quick to obtain, seems we were lied to. Boris and his cabinet of horrors should be held to account.

Hes always got that smirk on his spoilt face. Its all a bit of a joke for him, because he will not be affected. This mess is largely his fault, with his campaign of lies about leaving the EU

On the Radio today Nissan in Sunderland say that staying in the Uk under a no deal Brexit is not feasible. I guess people get what they voted for, lots of job losses.

Why isn't the media reporting on the 57 deals made with none EU countries worth over 200 Billion since Brexit.

Well, he cant blame anyone else.... The EU have been absolutely consistent. You want to trade, you have to agree to a common set of rules to ensure fairness and standards. Two concepts Johnson doesn't understand..
