Nissan Won't Start (QUICK FIX), Push Button Start.

My Juke has almost 150,000 miles on it and it would not start this morning with the push button. In this video I describe how I got it started. Nissan Juke 11 2011 push to start. The car turns on but won't start. Anyone who is having this similar issue with push to start on their car or Nissan push to start this is a quick fix to get you going. If car turns on but will not start it possibly means that your brake switch and or cruise control switch is going bad. If you are pressing down on the brake peddle and car does not turn on and after a short time the brake peddle gets harder to push. Wiggle the brake switch and cruise control switch. *Please note that will you need to change brake switch and or the cruise control switch as it is wearing out.* If it's to expensive at the dealer you can purchase one on Amazon just make sure to get OEM genuine Nissan switches. I ordered mine today and both switches on Amazon were less than 50.00 together.

Absolutely worked! My wife was stranded at a barren Target parking lot for hours on a Sunday, distancing from all others. Omgosh! 2011 Juke SL here. I have been dealing with this same intermittent problem for well over a year. It never showed up when I took it to the dealer. The not starting problem happens for days at a time usually and then will go away for days to several weeks. It was not the key fob battery, the car battery, and I couldn't find anything that worked consistently to make it start. After being stranded over 2 hours today, I watched your video, wiggled the switches, and it worked! Thanks so much.

You are a life saving. Driving from Chicago to Las Vegas. Stopped to get gas in Iowa and the car wouldn't start. Did what you said and it worked. My car is a 2019 Nissan Sentra with on 10, 276 miles on it. I will be going back to the dealership when i get back to Vegas. Thanks you so much.

Bro after 2 hours with my wife, in a dark road in my Nissan Armada 2018 I was having the same problem and when see you video the vehicle start. I just move a little bit those connectors and the vehicle start. 🙏🏻 thanks for take the time to do videos like this one. God bless you.

It worked my husband changed the brake switch. He also got new FOB batteries and that didn't work but I watched your video and told him about brake switch and so far its working. I will keep you updated. Oh forgot to mention hes out of town and we are stressed about that. PS THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR POSTING THE VIDEO.

This video made me look like a professional Nissan Mechanic. My sister called Roadside assistance and was told her starter was bad after he got her started. She got stuck again and called me. She told me what roadside told her and Less than 1 minute I had her car started, using techniques from video. Thanks for the quick fix tip.

Great video and much appreciated.  My wife's Armada would not start and had been trying everything for last hour.  Tried the key fob holding to ignition, tried jump start, tried alleged push button bypass (hold ignition button 30 seconds) and nothing worked. Fiddled with the brake light switch and got it started.  Doesn't say much about the quality control of modern vehicles since her Armada is only 2 years old. The Nissan Service Department would not give any advice!  "Tow it to us" You should work for them since you have better customer service. What if we had been stranded far from home in the TX heat!  20 years ago you could call the dealership, speak to a live tech and they would actually give you advice because they wanted to earn your business.  Now you go through 3 minutes of voice prompts to be told by an entry level call center rep to tow your car to dealership.  Appreciate the video.
