Is this food safe and good for cats because the ingredients list looks promising but also the brand has been recalled in the past for irradiation related side effects and use of heavy metals. So I'm a bit skeptical.

Orijen is a meat based diet, close to raw feeding.My question is if this food is completely safe for natured cats since is high in fat and ash

My cat have issues with this dry food. Too rich for there tummy. It’s a very good brand if your cat is ok with it.

Well, no cat should eat dry food - it's very unhealthy and causes dehydration. Better read about it.
