INCREDIBLE EGGLESS & DAIRY-FREE PEACH PIE! EASY AND DELISH!

This peach pie is out of this world because it's easy and so incredibly delicious, it's unbelievable you can put it together in less than 10 minutes, literally!

INGREDIENTS:

1 can of peach in syrup (825g / 30 ounces)
1/5 teaspoon of powdered clove
1/2 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 of a cup of vegan butter or margarine

Finishing:
1 tablespoon of sugar
Cinnamon powder to taste

METHOD:

First, cut all the peaches into bite-size pieces. Reserve.
In a large bowl, add the flour, powdered cloves, powdered cinnamon, salt, sugar, and baking soda and stir to combine. Reserve.
In a small bowl, add the sugar and cinnamon, mix to combine, and reserve.
Preheat the oven to 180C / 356F.
Add the cut peaches with the syrup into a baking dish, then sprinkle uniformly the flour mixture on top of the peaches, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture on top of the flour, the finish by grating the vegan butter on top of the cinnamon/sugar.
Put it in the oven and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve it warm with some vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

CUPS CONVERSION:

1 cup = 250 ml / 8.45 oz
1/2 cup = 125 ml / 4.22 oz
1/3 cup = 85 ml / 2.87 oz
1/4 cup = 60 ml / 2.02 oz
