I know u won’t read this but

A year ago when u started the podcast i was about to commit. But after watching the videos I felt like I could relate to you I have ocd and knowing that u do too made me feel like I wasn’t the only one and waiting for a new video to come out made me feel like I had something to stay alive for and now whenever I’m sad or start doing SH again I watch a video of the pod and I realize I have something to live for to stay alive for now I’m 1 month clean and I can’t say how much u helped me.❤️🫶
