Poor parents. Microcephalic babies cry 80% of their waking hours ever day. Thy sleep, on average, 3 out of 24 hours. Their cries are described as an infant in constant, agonizing pain. There is no hope for these babies. Should they be aborted when it's determined that the Microcephaly is severe???
