Poor example of a cerebellar tremor. A cerebellar tremor is a PROXIMAL dominant tremor that increases in amplitude as the target is reached( upper limb) with the direction of the tremor at a right angle, in the transverse plane, to the direction of movement. If the tremor is in the vertical plane the cause is more likely to be due to proximal weakness of the limb.
