If Tesla never, ever, ever, ever invited Marconi into his lab I believe it would be a different world. Marconi stole the patent for wireless transmission. He then went to Europe and built a transmitter and performed the world's first radio signal from Europe to the US. JP Morgan found out about this and cut Tesla's funding for the Wardenclyff Tower (this was to be broadcasting wireless transmission of electrical power but to Morgan it was for radio). IF he never did that we might just have free electricity right this very moment and truly be a different world. Tesla was too nice and wanted the company in his shop of someone who was interested in the tech. He lacked good judgment there. Super genius but yet dumb in another way. I would have never let this man (Marconi) into my lab.... Ever. It literally killed his dream. If you're working on something great, be so very careful who you let in.
