Ever a beacon of positivity, Michael popped back up and raised his arms in the air to cheers and applause from the gathered crowd. The expo at the Pennsylvania Convention Centre in Philadelphia was packed to the brim with loving fans who were there to support Marty McFly star Michael.

He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s aged just 29 back in 1991.
