after working out yesterday my legs were super sore. Then I tried THIS and I've NEVER felt my inner thighs work so much. Now this is a real workout

When I started my legs where touching all the way down. I never really thought it would work on me (just hoped to slim down a little) but I did this for 1, 5 month and I got that thigh gap. It will be the first summer without being ashamed at the beach. Thank you💗

I don't necessarily want a thigh gap... but I don't want my thighs to touch either bc I can't wear shorts or dresses (without shorts/leggings) for too long without it hurting. So that's basically the only reason for me....
Need to change my lifestyle.... plan to do this on my Butt & Legs days... if I actually manage to workout regularly and eat consciously, I'll update in a week or two...or at the end of the month :)

Everyone can get a thigh gap, no matter your genetics. I know because I had one, genetically I shouldn't. My hips are not wide and my thights are incredible thick, they are muscular and all my body fat goes there.
How I did it? I STARVED MYSELF FOR YEARS. Eating between 500 to 800 calories, and doing 1 hour of cardio every day, that's not living.
Focus on being as healthy as you can and eat enough to fuel your body to function correctly, thigh gaps are not such a great thing if the rest of your body looks like a flat flabby stick of bones and skin.
Having a toned body, having an actuall butt beats having a space betweeen your legs any day.

you are the first and only person i like to work out with. dont really know why, but when i try other peoples works out im like "no, give me rebecca back!" and actually i can get through them! and you are such a motivating person! i can not even breath during the work out 😓 anyways thank you! 💓

Again and again I come back to this "oldie" - it is the only thigh gap workout I know that makes you feel the fat melt off your legs while you are doing the exercises. Amazing and extremely effektive!
