Learn how you can solve an issue that you can't boot into the recovery menu for Samsung Android 11/12.

Once you have updated your Galaxy S10 or S10e to the latest supported Android version 11 or 12, then the bootup procedure into the recovery menu has changed. In order for you to boot in the Android recovery menu you have to do this:

1. First plug in a USB C cable to the phone and the computer or, plug in a USB C headphone. Make sure that phone is switch off first.
2. Then Press and hold on the POWER + Volume Up + Bixby key simultaneously until you see the recovery menu.

DUDE! had the exact same issue, bought an open box phone on woot, came with a lock pin, no matter what I did, it would not get in to reset mode or even ss rdx mode.
I do not have usb-c earphone, so I did as you showed, used a charging cable off the computer, and did the Vol - / power button combo, to turn off phone, then Vol+, bixby, power on button, and IT WORKED!
I am so very thankful and appreciative for this.

I am convinced that over 75% of people don't understand their jobs. I was on chat with Cricket for 4 hours yesterday and today, I was speaking with Samsung for over 2 hours, not to mention the 4 transfers. No one was able to help. But in seeing your video, by the time I was 2:44 seconds into it the problem was fixed. Thank you!

You're the best, no other tutorial mentions having to plug the usb for the boot menu

Great tip thanks, it works, I connected my S10+ using a USB cable to a PC instead of Headphones. I use my S10+ as a SatNav in car and on motorcycle. Sometimes the screen witth flip involuntarily into portrait or landscape or inverted, then back after several minutes. The best fix is to clear Partition cache this solution will last for months, less effective is to clear App Cache for my SatNav apps OsmAnd and TomTom Go, I think the problem may be caused by 30Gb of map updates each month clogging the cache. Prior to Android 11 and 12S all I had to do was press the 3 buttons

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO. I SWEAR IT IS THE ONLY ON THAT WORKED ( tried like 30 others). Other channels make videos that dont work and the liars and bots in the comments say that is works but this one is the only one that is truly legit. THANK YOU👍

My friend, you are doing the work of the gods. thank you so much for putting together this explanation. I've been able to fix a S10e that was stucked for months in a boot loop not being able to start the main OS and showing only the intial samsung logos, thanks to your video it's alive again, I had to wipe the data and in that moment it worked.! I know the S10e is relatively old but is still a fully functional phone that I ressist to replace, and also is still getting updates. so you just save me from a very unnecesary spend that I cannot afford atm. !
