Impressive new series, with so much details to discuss individually 😅. First, when it comes to natural killer cells i strongly believe that they're not completely dependent on IgG coated infected/damaged cells to initiate defense mechanism via CD 16 as mentioned, since they recognize targeted cells specifically when there's reduction in MHC (major histocompatibility complex) expression with regards to recognizing tumor cellls and also they express CD56 and 57. I would appreciate if the upcoming videos describes all what's currently known about immunity, details that no one tends to mention ever regardless of the source. Example given, the time frame for each type of immunity (when does it start after exposure and when the transition from innate to adaptive occurs), the amount of pathogen required for a full blown immune response to mount (does it take one pathogen or there's a specific threshold for each invader?). It's a lot but as a major reference as you, sir, it'll be quite easily manageable 🙏
