Thank you for info of double vision. For last three years I have been experiencing this, on and off. When I talked to my neurologist he said it was normal changes in vision (I have used corrective leans for 15 years prior to MS diagnosis.). So when I brought it up to my eye doctor he stated there was nothing wrong. It es so frustrated. I never knew what to call it. I hope at next month neurologist appt we can have a better conversation about it.

At first no one took my MS symptoms seriously. My doctor's exact words to me were " I don't know what you want me to do about it." But then I woke up on my birthday of 2020 with nystagmus. It was the worst experience of my life. If you ever even think you have MS, DO NOT let the doctors make you feel like there's nothing that can be done. Get a second opinion or try anything else until someone helps you. I've heard about this happening way too much.

i was diagnosed of MS 4 years ago. My first symptom was optic neuritis and aprox. 3 months ago i developed diplopia too.
since i was diagnosed 4 years ago im only getting some injection treatment but i never got some therapy, since i developed diplopia i am thinking if some eyes therapy can be helpful or using an eye patch can be bad or good. Well good luck guys.

For about 3 days now I’ve had slight double vision. It makes me feel dizzy and sleepy. I have it right now and it’s a pain in the ass. I hope it goes away soon. I think I have RRMS I had an MRI scan last month and haven’t gotten my results yet so I can’t say that I definitely have it but I have all the symptoms and the pattern of the symptoms seems like RRMS.

ive been to the dr bc of seeing things that i know are stationary jumping or moving and my drs and eye drs didnt know what I was talking about and said I was fine. It makes me nauseous.

I’m 17 and it’s been happening for a couple yrs (I think) now where my eyes shake very rapidly side to side, making my vision get all blurry and “blind” me like I know where I am I just can’t make out what’s in front of me for the 1 second it does that. Is that normal? All the comments I see are from elderly people so, I’m just wondering if it’s normal or not

How long does the double vision last for diagnosed with MS have double vision for about a month had steroid treatment in hospital for 5 days .... can someone give a timeframe ?? I know patience is key but worried

I am suffering from triple vision.
When I was studying in 11th I felt seeing double images, especially when a darker object when placed in white background and vise versa.When I consult an eye specialist, they ignored it.After few months near to the end of my 12th academic year I see triple visions and now it doesn't matter whether it is white or dark background.When I consulted the same doctor they doesn't have any answer.They was not able to identity the disease. They prescribed me a correction glasses and ask me to come after two months. There wasn't any improvement yet .
After that I show a biopsy report that
I have 3...4..swelling on my head .
And the report says that it is a neurofibroma .Suddenly after seeing the report the doctor told me to take an MRI....!
What should I do?
Currently my problem is that I am suffering from triple vision, a few swelling in by head!!

I have Ms for a year now. Got severe eyesight problems. Lost 70% I'd say. But got none of the problems mentioned... I am desperate... I can't recognize a face duei g daylight if it is 1m away from me...

I have double vision but if I close either eye it doesn’t go away, so is this not MS related? I read if it’s MS related it will go away when closing an eye
