Oh man. The pain in the coach's eyes and the pain in that mom's cry was truly heartbreaking

The coach crying gave my goosebumps. He really cares for her. He’s the father figure she’s missing…

The fact that she relapsed and still went back into treatment shows how she's healing that trauma of loss that had a hold of her for her whole life . Way to go Carrie ! ❤

Carrie is an amazing person. Know her since highschool. And she’s still doing great! Beautiful daughter, engaged, and doing great at her job and life in general. I’m so glad she’s better ❤

You can tell her coach looked at her as a daughter. The pain in his eyes and her mothers cries is heartbreaking

Lost my niece to drugs last month. She was sober for a year then relapsed because of a relationship then overdosed. I miss you so much Shelina

She has some people in her life that care so deeply for her. You can see it in their eyes.

That’s a great coach. The fact that he truly cares probably means a lot to her.

Being a addict myself sober now for four years within that time, I realized the drugs don’t only affect your self it affects everyone who love you as well

Don't think I've seen an episode yet that so encapsulates how much everyone around the addict loves that person. It didn't seem like anyone judged her or any of her flaws or her addiction. Strong support system

I’m not an emotional person but that mother crying brought me to tears. Nothing as sad as a mothers broken heart

That's not just a coach.
He's so much more. 🥺❤️‍🩹

There is still greatness in this young lady. I spent many years in my addiction after losing my baby boy at 10 months old. Tomorrow is his birthday. He'd be 14. She looked absolutely amazing and beautiful at the end. Keep pushing gorgeous 🤩 We do recover ❤️🌹I hope for so many good things for her.

To see her mom cry and breakdown when she saw where she was living broke my heart 😢

After a relapse there is recovery-some times it is part of recovery. Good for you in picking yourself up and continuing forward Carrie!

I am so happy for her. She is a kind and sensitive person who should realise that she must love the people around her and not the person who abandoned her.

im on hour 12 of detoxing after almost 11yrs of active addctn (~2yr sober here and there) and i really want to make it stick this time. i have my own biz, am never late/miss work, never miss a bill payment, but i miss being able to travel and see my family. especially now that my parents are visibly getting older...but i can't do it for them. i have to do it for me...as awful as that sounds.

How incredibly sad is the world right now that the 1st thing I guessed was that her coach did something to her that made her turn to drugs. It's so refreshing for an older man to care for a pretty young girl as a daughter and nothing beyond that. It's so so rare!

You can tell her Coach really cares about her. She is lucky to have so many people that love her and are there for her. I pray she stays sober. She has a lot to live for.
