Bless his heart, but what I don't understand is why profoundly disabled kids are allowed to stay in High school until they are 22 years old?
The program was supposed to be for disabled students who were able to go to college or work. The program helped them along.
Now regardless if the former student can work or go to uni, they are allowed to stay in school so the teachers can babysit them, allowing the parents to not have to deal with them to hours.

He wasn't walking down that hallway; his parents were dragging him him down that hallway.
