So what's the verdict on the Parmesan Zucchini Chips?
They don't QUITE crisp up 100%! But, the Parmesan gets all crusty and they're DELISH! I bet if you make sure to fully coat them, they will be SUPER crispy!
These are definitely a winner in my book, I can't wait to make these again, I already ate half of them 😜
