These Salt and Vinegar Zucchini Chips will wow you by their sweet and savory taste... what... Sweet! Yep you read that right. The Balsamic White Vinegar gives it a sweet tang along with the Vinegar Taste we crave. The best part you can prepare them in the dehydrator or the oven.

I did make a few changes: I reduced the oil to 1 Tablespoon and added 3 extra hours to dehydrating time. The extra time could of been elevation or the thickness of my slices. Just an few things to keep in mind.

If they become rubbery, their is two options. 1. you can put in the oven for 30 mins on the lowest heat. 2. You can pre-heat your air-fryer for 10 minutes at 200 F, cook at 200 F for 3-4 minutes. This will crisp them back up.

Is it safe to dehydrate vinagar? Vinagar is approx 98% water and 2% acetic acid If you take out the water you leave pure acetic acid which is a killer to humans
