Share a copy of a Google Form

Create a folder in Google Drive that is anyone can view. Create the Form in this folder. Now when you edit the Form link from /edit to /copy it will allow someone to copy your Form.

I have a Google form given to me from another teacher so I made my own copy of it and now I want to put that form onto my canvas page so students can access it and do the assignment and submit it.
