I’ve been asked to present at someone else’s three day event this summer and have been considering doing something similar. The idea of taking on a weekend or long weekend conference/workshop for a few hundred attendees sounds truly daunting so I would want to do something scaled back for a first attempt.
and then I think about the fact that I would have to put all this money upfront for a venue and it starts getting really scary.
I hadn’t thought of Airbnb! That’s really brilliant.
