Oh I literally wrote a small lib which implements all these features I used js and mine one is more dynamically but at least mine one has flexibility and I know how to use it

The popover is NOT a modal – it is an overlay and as the rest of the page is interactive. Modals are generally dialogs that are displayed over the main content and interaction with said content is generally disabled. Please use the correct terminology or you’ll confuse beginners 🙈

Also, please stop demonstrating upcoming features – it’s pointless until actually integrated into the browser, and some things you demonstrate may never even make it into the browsers and so people waste time learning them. I guess you’re struggling for new content 🙄
