With this instrumental, I get a feeling of urgency during 2:05, fitting because Soft GF at this point in the story is desperate and wants Soft BF to come home with her, because she wants that happy ending that was promised to her, and she’s about to lose it, if it wasn’t lost long ago.

I feel like, deep down, she genuinely cares for him, because she’s scared of losing the only person she cares about to the perceived “villain”, without knowing *why* they’re running away in the first place.

That part of the song feels like her last attempt to convince him to come back with her before the inevitable happens.

For some reason this song makes me imagine a scene, that kind of scenes that you never forget, the song itself brings me a feeling of nostalgia, the scene that is represented in my mind when listening to this is simply depressing, it is a sunset lighting, two people, letting you imagine who they are, one with a tired and fatigued look, the other with a sad but lively look, reflecting despair. I am not very clear about the situation, but you feel an agitated rhythm, as if one person is fighting and shouting at the other not to give up, that there is another way, while the other still does not understand, each time you feel more despair, fear, anguish. It feels as if they are running, it is of all the thoughts and possibilities that can be given before what I described and what I feel most present.
