I just got this system about 4 weeks ago. I used it twice at rehearsals with my KBEAR KZ06s and I have to say it works and sounds pretty damn good. I am gigging with it tonite for the first time. I’ll let everyone know how it goes.

Used mine for the first time at a gig last night - turns out our guitarist bought the same system and both were set to the same channel. Long story short, with no time to figure out how to fix it (too busy with setting up all the other gear and PA) I just went directly into the external phones jack...worked fine but I wanted to use "actual" wireless. Thankfully you covered how to make the necessary changes and I got it taken care of. Thank

Great detail and nice presentation (time stamps and quickly presenting a lot of detail). Thanks.

I went ahead and bought this system. Home tests were great! We shall see over the next few months how it all integrates into our band setup. 👍 Thanks!

Very well done review. In a league of it's own for content and quality. I've watched several Phenyx PTM10 reviews and your review kicks some serious glute compared to any other. Well done.

Excellent review. Better technical information than any of the other reviews that i have seen of this product.

thanks! I've been debating for months now on which IEM system to go with from amazon and this video answered a lot of my questions referring to the phenyx systems. Glad to meet another man bun metal head too! 👌

Great deep dive and very helpful! I'm heavily considering one of these units to put in our band rack.

Comes at the perfect time, because my band is looking to move to a wireless in ear system

Good review. I haven't, until now, looked at the Phenyx ... and will give it some heavy consideration.
That being said, the Galaxy AS-950 (4P2) seems to be a better choice (200 ft. range, 16 channels, four packs, combo XLR and 1/4"; stereo/mono switch; operates on two double As) vs the Xvive with only 6 channels; a funky XLR/1/4" adapter, a non-removable rechargeable battery, zero earbuds no matter how bad).

As you have time, pass along your thoughts.

Great review. Just getting ready to hook mine up.

You need to have your full mix in both ears. Pan them a bit. Then boost your instrument 3-5db. Way better then separate ears.

How would you rate it in comparison to Shure or Sennheiser wireless in-ear monitor system !

Awesome review. Thanks. So, in mono mode, I could get the click/clue feed in one ear and my IEM mix in the other ear? I"m using a Behringer P1 now and like splitting up the two feeds so there is no bleed and the click is really clear. Keep making great videos, thanks.

I use this system for live gigs and overall it's been great. However I have been getting a low hiss whenever a given sound comes through to the headset. For example, with no instruments coming through there is no noise or hiss, but if I play a few bass lines the hiss comes along for the ride with the bass tone. The same happens for other instruments. Unfortunately the troubleshooting info is limited in the manual or on their website so hoping someone else has figured out how to address this.
