Why is Meteos looking for Doublelift to respond and react. How would he know? He was asleep during the play

This is honestly one of the most iconic play at worlds, not because its insanely good but because its the most meme-able play lol

This specific play represents NA’s lack of aggression and constant fear. Playing not to lose instead of playing to win.

If this is LPL, there will be just 5 man sitting on top of Gen G right there.

Guess I didn't read the patch notes where it said Orianna can still cast spells when asleep

Also, 3 champs on the enemy side are inside Senna veil so no one can auto them, TSM player pov shows Senna, TK, Ori insvis.
DL has up blue and purple guns, so unless he has flash/gale up he can't hit anyone with flamethrower active.
BB ulti down, no flash
Bio no flash, hook/flay used like 3 seconds before the sleep so not up
Bjerg no ulti, IF his Q is up then he can only target Graves or Ornn by flashing since they are the only clickables, which is the only play to make.

He isnt wrong Bio, Bjerg, and BB trolled it. They knew all 5 would be slept so they all shouldve went in and waited and let BB and thresh lead while bjergsen damages and breaks the sleep. The important part was the coms, if Spica communicated before that he was going for the sleep then the team has no excuse but if he didnt say anything then it is a little excusable if they were all tunnel vision and didnt see it.

looking how the fight starts from Dlifts perspective its really troll that he walked into ornn pillar and then flashed it.
Still the 9 man sleep is completely on kda bjerg

bjersen can flash on rascal and maybe clean them all

This is on Volibear and Thresh, they have to be the frontline on that play. Bjergsen and Doublelift cant do anything until their frontline goes in and neither of them did so they all ended up just standing there and watching

they prob didnt even think about the ori ult

If DL hadn't use and whiffed his ult earlier they could've definitely killed someone there

People defending TSM saying shroud is the reason why TSM didn't go in but man, channeling of sleep was clearly visible even before the shroud comes in play, and also the fact that Spica hit 5 man with his Q, it is already a guaranteed 5 man sleep after pressing that R, and even with the shroud on, there's no one in TSM that requires to land a point click abilities to land, they are mostly AOE, they can land their abilities in the air and hope to hit all of them.

Just tsm thrash didnt do anything typical americans

i try to block those memories out of my mind- DL

I remember when DL that another reason they didn’t want to go in was that the entire enemy team was in Senna E so they can’t see everyone’s health/position which is honestly a realistic concern. People overreact to the 9man sleep

but she shields herself, is he blind?

I thought the main reaason they dont go in here is because Ruler shrouded the team so they couldnt pick anyone, as well as the ori ball tbh

Pretty sure bjerg himself could of killed ori+ornn and possibly live it. You can see the hesitation in his movements alone that separates LPL and LCS mindset.

In most situations you want the team to stay on the same page, which is for every member to agree on one voice, fight or flee. And a lot of times the blame goes to the guy that didnt stay on the same page as their team, in this case Spica.
But this is one of those rare moments where a player that dont play to their team style actually gets praised for his play. This just tells you how much of a pusy TSM was, a team where the veteran players are not legacy or leaders to the team, but liabilities.
