People wonder why insurance premiums are crazy. They have tons of bonds and commercial real estate, both are in bear markets. Many good points Mike.

Bond prices will jump up in 2024 unless inflation is still running hot, but if inflation is still high we have much bugger problems

Curious why you did not include the buffered ETFs as an alternative
And remember, don’t go ballistic and say like some that you compare them to putting all your money into that it’s just a sliver like anything else but your perspectives on that certainly be welcome
