My TV screen pooped on me a month ago, (backlight still on, no picture, with sound) and I tried sooo many things, this method of plugging it back in while pressing that button actually kept the screen on for several more seconds than the other methods. It still cut out but maybe I can use these seconds to factory reset from the menu. Thanks!

Hi, I have a Samsung odyssey g70.
Monitor it's fine during watch movie or play game, but when I back to menu for switch between two plugs or setting, screen freezes.
Do you have any idea pls?

I have Samsung crystal uhd du6900. The tv just went black screen while watching. Standby light is off, remote and physical power button is unresponsive. Tried unplugging it and holding the power button for few minutes but when I plugged it back in again, it’s still black screen with no standby light and everything is unresponsive.

Didn't work. Went back to black with the USB warning symbol. After 4 hours of loading Samsung files onto blank USB, plugging it into tv, no response from USB, unplugging it, hard resetting it, nothing works. Samsung sucks and wasn't worth the money for the short time it worked.
